Our network consists of depots, hubs and vehicles across Europe and North America.
\ Key Responsibilities Administrative and logistical support: Assist with daily transportation activities such as scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and driver logs.
Prepare and process shipping and other transport-related documentation.
Handle transport queries and customer tracking requests.
Communication and coordination: Act as a liaison with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate movements.
Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and issues related to transportation operations.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, logistics, sales) to optimize efficiency.
Compliance and reporting: Monitor operations to ensure compliance with administrative policies, safety rules, and government regulations.
Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports for management.
Help prepare KPI reports and other necessary reports.
Problem-solving: Resolve issues concerning logistics, transportation systems, or customer concerns.
Address any logistical challenges that arise.
Necessary skills and qualifications Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills are crucial.
Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Transport Management Systems (TMS) is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for liaising with various stakeholders.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is important.
Previous administrative, coordination, or logistics experience in the transport or supply chain industry is often desirable.
This is a Monday to Friday 1 pm to 9:30 pm role based out of our Dublin Hub / corporate office.
The salary shall be paid weekly and overtime shall be paid at double the hourly rate, if worked on Saturdays and Sundays.
