This position involves working 5 days over 7, with morning and afternoon shifts, and no evening or late-night work.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the canteen chefs in menu writing and producing quality, nutritious, and varied meals for our team across three onsite employee restaurants.
* Manage food ordering and supplier relationships for the canteen meals.
* Oversee training needs of the canteen chefs.
* Ensure high standards of food hygiene and compliance with all health and safety procedures.
* Monitor portion sizes and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a recognized qualification in culinary arts and/or have at least 4 years of experience in a hotel environment.
