Role: Construction After Sales Manager Sector: Residential Vickerstock are working with a Property Developer to appoint a Construction After Sales Manager to their team in Dublin.
This role is perfect for Site Managers or Foreman who are keen to transition into a new aspect of property, and want to spend less time out in the cold.
Your new role: Manage and organise pre-completion home inspections Resolve post-completion issues and agree relevant timelines with customers Sign-off homes for handover Manage handover process Record snags and handover completions Manage sub-contractors completing remedial works Provide relevant documentation to homeowners and sub-contractors Ensure documentation is aligned on company systems Recognise any patterns of issues with works to preemptively eliminate further issues Act as main point of contact for homeowners Ensure works are standards compliant Travel between sites is required What you'll need to be successful: Previous construction experience is essential - experience as a Foreman or Site Manager is ideal for this position Residential Construction Experience Previous experience in a client-facing position Full Driver's Licence Strong technology skills Strong communication skills Interested?
