About the Role
As a key member of our in-shop team, you will be the face of our business and our representative in every interaction with customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each customer has a positive experience when interacting with us. This includes speaking with customers, understanding their needs, processing bets and payments efficiently, as well as maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.
