Dublin - Dublin - IrelandAs a CBRE Lead Facilities Engineer you will perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. Leading a multi-skilled team delivering day to day support to ensure the smooth running of our facilities service providing exceptional customer experience within our Client sites.What you'll doWork collaboratively with the Facilities Manager and on-site teams to ensure planned reactive and preventative tasks are completeOversee site technicians and planning scheduler to ensure all planned maintenance and reactive tasks are undertaken to all building plant, equipment, and systems to meet or exceed the account services level agreementsEnsure all team members are trained to meet legal requirements and collaborate in cross training to have team back up when neededEnsure all on site planned maintenance and reactive tasks are undertaken to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet or exceed the account services level agreements and are performed in accordance with local legislation.Ensure that records are maintained as required by Operational, Regulatory and Statutory practiceAdhere to the Maintenance Management system in all engineering practices, including planned and reactive tasks.Ensure that planned maintenance activities are carried out, in compliance with account Standard Operating Procedures and ensure maximum availability of plant and user equipment through efficient planned maintenance and prompt response to faultsProvide technical support for projects and assist with project deliveryUndertake small installation works, repairs to Mechanical and Electrical plant and Equipment Quality ArrangementsMaintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarm contacts, and other building systems.Maintain and repair plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, water fountains, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps ideallyProvide all other building maintenance, repair, and restorative procedures as directedWhat you'll needElectrical technical qualification and/or trade license3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, leading a teamYou have experience using a CMMS systemService line:GWS Segment
