Customer Service Role
This is a permanent position as a customer service representative.
The job will have flexible working options after a probation period with the role being based in Galway City.
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues regarding company products in an efficient manner.
* Maintaining knowledge of company facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
* Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
* Completing documentation to internal standards and adhering to all in-house procedures.
* Working safely at all times.
* Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in-person.
* Problem Solving - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
* Communication - Communicate with customers in a clear and concise manner.
* Teamwork - Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
