We have 198 employees across multiple sites in Ireland and the UK.We are now recruiting a full-time HR Executive to join our team in Park West Business Park on a hybrid working model with two days at home and three days in the office. You will be joining a supportive and friendly team that works closely together.Role ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Posting vacancies on our HR system BambooHRScreening CVs for line managers and arranging interviews online and in personLiaising with recruitment agencies when neededManaging onboarding including reference checks, issuing starter information and contracts, setting up new employees on our systems and sending details to the relevant accountant for payrollOrdering IT equipment and preparing workspaces for new startersWelcoming new starters on their first day, supporting their initial settling in and completing one-month check-insKeeping HR files and records up to date and requesting outstanding documentationSending reminders to managers about probation meetingsHR administrationHandling day-to-day staff queries and providing general HR supportVisiting venues to check in with staffOrdering stationery for head office and venuesUpdating part-time employees' holiday balances on BambooHR each month after payrollAssisting in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislationCollecting and analysing data for quarterly reports to identify trends that support informed decision makingCreating and distributing the quarterly staff newsletter to all employees across the groupProviding ongoing support to the HR Manager and completing any additional ad hoc tasksRequirementsDegree in Human Resources and at least one year of experienceAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong written and verbal communication skills with a confident phone mannerExcellent attention to detail with the ability to follow up tasks promptlyWell organised with the ability to work independently and use initiativeGood working knowledge of Word, Excel and social media platforms with confidence in preparing presentations and reportsExperience using HRIS and ATSExperience using Canva is an advantageBenefitsCompetitive salaryHybrid working arrangementsMy Future Fund pensionTwenty-five days annual leaveAdditional annual leave based on length of serviceVHI health insurance after probationGolf membership at company operated golf clubsDiscounted membership rates for friends and familyOngoing professional development support
