In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving their growth and building long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. Your creative approach to identifying new business opportunities will be instrumental in expanding our portfolio and service offerings. You will be selling into manufacturers, contractors, etc.
Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC hire industry
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Conduct market research to inform business strategy and decision-making
* Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote business growth
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of the construction industry and market trends
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients
* Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Must have some mechanical engineering knowledge or be mechanically minded
