Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze financial, operational, and strategic data to support business decisions.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to track business performance.
* Support the formulation of strategic initiatives and long-term business plans.
* Prepare clear and concise presentations and reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in consulting, strategy, or business analysis is preferred.
