We are partnering with a leading advanced manufacturing organisation to recruit a Process Engineer (Level III) to support continued growth.
This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge process development and validation projects within a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable manufacturing solutions, improving process performance, and supporting new product introductions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process development projects from concept through to implementation
Support process and equipment validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)
Plan and execute engineering trials, analysing data to optimise performance and yield
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Quality, R&D, and Operations
Support technology transfer and process scale-up activities
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (efficiency, cost, waste reduction)
Provide technical support for existing manufacturing processes
Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand and deliver technical requirements
Key Requirements
Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
5+ years’ experience in process engineering within MedTech, Pharma, or regulated manufacturing
Strong experience in process validation and technical problem-solving
Proven ability to manage projects and work within cross-functional teams
Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance (e.g. ISO 13485 desirable)
Technical Skills
Process engineering fundamentals (heat transfer, fluid flow, material balances, etc.)
Experience with statistical tools (e.g. Minitab) advantageous
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools beneficial
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Effective project management and organisational ability
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
