Key Responsibilities
* To promote independence and person-centred planning among residents.
* To contribute to the day-to-day running of the service.
Successful candidates will have:
* A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant field.
* A clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking principles.
* Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding procedures for vulnerable populations.
* Familiarity with HIQA policies and procedures.
* Familiarity with Children's First guidelines and procedures.
* A valid full manual driving license.
