We are currently accepting CVs fromExperienced Social Care Professionalsfor the role ofDeputy Person in Chargein their Residential Care Home based in Tullamore.
Successful candidates will manage a staff team and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support Separated Children Seeking International Protection.
The ideal candidate will have:
·Essential 3+ years demonstrable management experience in a similar setting
·Eexperience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to this role
·Experience in supervising and leading others
·Experience of working with young persons
·Relevant experience in providing care in a community setting
·Excellent experience of report writing
