Reperio has partnered with a company who are looking for a seasoned Principal Software Engineer to establish technical leadership while remaining hands-on with significant experience in coding, architecture, and system design.
Requirements:
1. 10+ years of experience in software design, coding, and application architecture.
2. Strong hands-on experience, with a primary focus on Java or C#/.NET.
3. Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
4. Messaging, caching, and system integration tools.
5. Strong REST fundamentals and API development.
6. Strong coaching and mentoring mindset and approach.
7. Contribute to architecture design, principles, and standards.
8. Experience in fintech or payments environments is desirable.
9. Ability to drive Agile development and deliver products quickly and to a high standard.
