Responsibilities

Your Role:

Program Leadership & Delivery:
1. Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of MOS and Tax initiatives
2. Actively manage daily project activities, tasks, and resources
3. Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project status meetings
4. Develop and maintain program-level plans aligned with strategic business objectives
5. Track and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues
6. Oversee resource allocation and budget management
7. Identify and remove project roadblocks
8. Maintainprehensive project documentation
9. Ensure quality delivery of project deliverables
Stakeholder Management &munication:

10. Build and maintain relationships with development teams, business users, and vendors
11. Facilitate effectivemunication between technical and business teams
12. Deliver clear and concisemunication to all levels of management
13. Create and maintain project status reports and dashboards
14. Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts
15. Coordinate with senior program staff to ensure message cohesion
16. Escalate issues appropriately to senior management
17. Foster collaborative relationships across functional areas
Risk Management &munication:

18. Identify and mitigate potential program risks
19. Develop contingency plans for program challenges
20. Ensurepliance with organizational standards and methodologies
21. Provide transparent and timelymunication to stakeholders
Strategic Planning:
22. Align product concepts and business cases with organizational objectives
23. Contribute to PMO process and tool standardization
24. Support the establishment of best practices
25. Monitor and report on program progress and metrics
Qualifications

About You:

Required Qualifications:

26. 10+ years of hands-on project management experience with in-house application development and Agile/Scrum experience preferably in a financial institution environment
27. PMP certification or equivalent (Agile certifications such as SAFe, scrum)
28. Strong understanding of capital markets and financial instruments
29. Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
30. Track record of successful program delivery in enterprise environments
31. Experience managing distributed teams
32. Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
33. Ability to influence without direct authority
34. Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Technical Knowledge:

35. Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
36. Proficiency in project/program management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence)
37. Experience with JIRA administration and customization
38. Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and integration concepts
39. Understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives
40. Experience with programernance frameworks and best practices
41. Familiarity with financial management and budgeting tools
