I'm looking for a Showroom Sales Specialist to join a leading tile and bathroom brand as they launch their brand-new showroom in South Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in interior design and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. As well as competitive base salary this role also offers commission.Key responsibilitiesEngage with customers across multiple channels—phone, email, and in-person—to handle enquiries, process orders, and support designers and architects with their project needs.Deliver standout product advice, using your knowledge and design awareness to guide customers and maximise every sales opportunity.Achieve and exceed sales targets through confident upselling and a customer-focused approach that builds trust and long-term relationships.Prepare quotes, manage sales orders, and respond to queries promptly to maintain an exceptional customer experience.Key requirementsPrevious experience in bathroom or tile salesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and a highly organised work style.A calm and customer-focused attitude.
