About the Role
This leadership position oversees the automation team, ensuring efficient and compliant delivery of automation services to the site.
The role involves providing daily operations management, managing relationships with key customers, and driving process automation strategy and planning activities at the site.
The successful candidate will have expertise in process control, technical development, and resource allocation, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Daily Operations Management: Ensure the provision of automation resources for day-to-day support of the sites operating areas.
* Manage the link between the team and key customers, internal and/or external.
* Responsible for process automation strategy and planning activities at the site. This includes developing the capital, expense and staffing plan for process control.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with relevant experience and a strong track record of delivering results.
