Shamrock Lodge Hotel is now recruiting for Housekeeping Assistants to join our great team. As part of the Housekeeping Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
Shamrock Lodge Hotel promotes teamwork in everything we do so when servicing our bedrooms you will do so as part of a great team which makes all the tasks much easier.
We are currently recruiting for:
* Permanent and part-time positions 20-35 hours per week
* Part-time weekend positions which will suit students
Responsibilities will include:
* Responsible for cleanliness of hotel bedrooms, bathrooms and all public areas.
* Ensuring all hotel standards are met and maintained consistently
* All lost Property to be handed to Accommodations Manager/Supervisor and entered in Lost Property book
* Ensure security of room keys and hotel property
* Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Report any maintenance issues
* Follow Healthy & Safety guidelines
* Work as part of a team
Skills and Experience:
* Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel/hospitality environment
* Friendly engaging personality
* Positive 'can do, will do' attitude
* Experience and willingness to working as part of a team
* Good level of spoken English
* Must have Irish/EU Citizenship or permit to work in Ireland.
