Overview
Location: North Dublin. 3D Personnel’s client is a leading contractor with an excellent reputation in the Irish industry. The successful Site Manager will possess a time served background or be degree qualified and have excellent experience in delivering high spec residential developments.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with Contracts Manager for week-to-week operations
* Co-ordination of project activities with the Design Team and Client
* Engineering details and design with the Senior Engineer
* Material and plant requisitioning with the Purchasing Manager
* Control of labour, plant and equipment on site with the Finishing Foreman
* Cost issues and monitoring variations with the Senior Quantity Surveyor (Variation Log)
* Maintaining site records in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements with Quality & Environmental
* Managing Sub-contractors, engineering and operational staff on site and supporting the Project Manager to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to required safety, environmental and quality standards
* Scheduling weekly Work programmes and reviewing progress against the Master Construction Programme
* Facilitating the flow of information between the Design Team and Construction Team
* Supporting communication between the Design Team and Sub-Contractors
* Attending and chairing weekly Management Team Meetings
Qualifications
* Trade Qualifications or a minimum 10 years Site Management experience, OR Engineering degree/Diploma or related discipline
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills
* Demonstrate a high degree of responsibility
