We are seeking a proactive and organized customer relationship management professional to support our dynamic sales operations.
About the Role
This role will play a central part in managing the customer database, coordinating sales appointments, and supporting the sales team in maintaining consistent and effective contact with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound and follow-up calls across multiple automotive brands
* Understand and assess customer needs to support their next vehicle purchase decision
* Schedule appropriate follow-up interactions and coordinate appointments for the sales team
* Maintain and organize the appointment diaries of sales personnel
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a CRM or customer contact role
* Background in the automotive sector is advantageous
* Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with an emphasis on outbound contact and appointment setting
Benefits
This part-time role offers:
* 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday/Saturday)
* Hourly rate: €16
* Commission available for appointments that result in successful vehicle sales
* Initial training will be provided
