3. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.

6. Support capital projects, contractor management and long-term asset strategies.

7. Monitor KPIs, control budgets and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Requirements:

8. Proven engineering management experience in a safety-critical, unionised environment.

9. Minimum of three years' experience in an Engineering Management role.

10. Strong leadership and people development skills.

11. Background in maintenance planning, asset management and compliance.

12. Experience in delivering capital projects and managing third-party contractors.

13. Solid commercial awareness and budget control capability.

14. Practical knowledge of relevant legislation and modern maintenance techniques (RCM, TPM, CBM).
