Social Care Leader Role Overview:
This role is responsible for providing direct support to children seeking international protection. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in social care and experience working with vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a direct service to children in need.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
* Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's goals and aspirations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in social care (minimum level 7).
* Previous work experience in a similar setting is desirable.
* Minimum 6 months working in the social care sector (placement experience considered).
* For Social Care Leaders, minimum 2 years mainstream residential experience required.
* Full clean driver's license preferred.
* Knowledge of HIQA standards.
* Flexible to work across all shifts – days, nights, evenings, weekends.
