About the Role
The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading client onboarding and delivery of Trusaic's PayParity platform. This role owns implementation projects end to end, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and client expectations are met.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, working closely with internal teams across Client Services, Data Science, and Product to ensure successful delivery and transition to post-launch support.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage implementation projects from kickoff through completion
* Serve as the primary client contact during the implementation phase
* Plan, track, and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
* Lead regular client status calls to review progress, deliverables, and next steps
* Coordinate internal delivery teams through stand-ups and working sessions
* Maintain clear project governance, documentation, and reporting
* Ensure a high-quality client experience and successful handover post-implementation
* Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across HR, Compensation, and Leadership
Required Experience
* 2–5 years' experience managing software or SaaS implementations
* Experience working with enterprise or multinational clients
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
* Ability to explain technical or analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred Experience
* Exposure to HR, compensation, or people analytics processes
* Experience working across multiple time zones
* Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
Work Arrangement
* Remote role based in Ireland
* Collaboration with international teams may require flexible working hours

* Base Salary: € 77, ,000 (EURO)
