The clinic enjoys strong local recognition and a steady walk-in customer base. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive difference in their community, whether you have a background in retail, banking, healthcare support, telecoms, or any other customer-facing or service- oriented environment. Previous experience in hearing care is not required; full training is provided. Key Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for every visitor. Work closely with the on-site audiologist to support client appointments and maintain an organized schedule. Provide guidance to customers on products and services, helping them make informed decisions about their hearing care. Encourage new appointments and follow-ups to support branch growth. Actively engage with the local community through events, partnerships, and outreach to raise awareness of the clinic's services. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, customer records, and stock updates. Support the adoption of new digital systems and processes to improve customer experience. Candidate Profile: Experienced in customer-facing roles, whether in retail, banking, telecoms, pharmacy, or similar sectors. Confident managing operations and achieving performance targets. Warm, personable, and skilled at building trust with customers, many of whom are older adults. Organized and comfortable learning new systems and technologies. Passionate about community engagement and creating a welcoming environment. Previous experience in healthcare or hearing care is advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided.
