* Lead, mentor and manage Area leads and PPM maintenance technicians.
* Build skills capability across Plant technical/engineering teams to work with current best practices.
* Provide leadership and interface with key stakeholders.
* Conduct regular equipment inspections and assessments.
* Analyse equipment failure data.
* Lead Breakdown analysis.
* Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
