NEDOC CLG is the secretariat arm of the NEDOC GP Out of Hours service. Were a busy, dynamic office supporting healthcare services, and were looking for a proactive Rota/Recruitment Assistant to join our team. If youre organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you. What Youll Do Support the rota and recruitment desks, ensuring smooth operations. Identify and liaise with suitable candidates for GP locum roles. Manage applications from start to finish, ensuring compliance at every stage. Communicate with practices, doctors, and the wider team to meet client needs. Handle day-to-day office administration including calls, emails, data entry, and reception duties. Work closely with the finance team on invoicing and payroll. Maintain accurate records across CRM and rota systems. What Were Looking For Minimum 5 years office experience. Strong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the wider MS Office Suite. Experience with CRM or rota programmes (advantageous but not essential). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Personable, resourceful, and solutions-driven attitude. Why Join Us?
