Role Overview:
As the Customer Service Representative, you will play a central role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional support throughout the service process.
* Act as the main point of contact for customers at the depot.
* Plan and manage service appointments.
* Communicate and confirm visit details with customers in advance.
* Ensure availability of required resources.
* Manage appointments and communicate effectively.
* Proactively upsell relevant products and services.
* Welcome customers onsite in a professional and friendly manner.
* Clarify repair types.
* Convert service requests into repair orders.
* Obtain formal customer authorisation for quoted work.
* Liaise between workshop and customer for updates.
* Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Support with vehicle loan bookings and invoice processing.
* Promote the benefits of using online service platforms.
