Job Description
As a Senior BMS/HVAC Engineer in Ireland, you will be responsible for maintaining systems that keep buildings and facilities safe, secure, comfortable, and cost-efficient. This role involves servicing critical building systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), building automation energy management.

Responsibilities:
1. Operate Maintain Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers Field Control Systems
2. Carry out commissioning of small automation controls projects
3. Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks on controls systems Continually ensure all Energy Saving measures monitored modified accordingly Development maintain excellent customer relations achieved site Experience within similar role working with BMS systems Facilities Maintenance Mechanical Electrical engineering Ability willingness learn new systems operational procedures Good awareness Health Safety related risk assessments Ability troubleshoot fault find quickly resolve reactive works effectively Great communications skills written verbal compile complete reports
