You will be joining a large environmental team in Naas, including environmental scientists, contaminated land professionals, ecologists, geologists, and geotechnical engineers. We want you to enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can apply your skills across diverse clients and projects. You will join an enthusiastic and supportive team, providing a challenging and fulfilling work experience.
PROJECTS
You will work as part of large project teams on geo-environmental projects. This work includes desktop studies, environmental chemistry data analysis, and creating conceptual site models. Opportunities to engage with environmental assessment projects such as baseline studies, GIS, and water monitoring are also available.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
Upon successful completion of your placement, you may be offered a WSP scholarship, which includes a bursary for your remaining years at university. This scholarship allows you to return for future placements until graduation, after which you can join our Graduate Development Programme.

Essential Criteria
* You’ll be studying towards at least a 2:2 in a geo-environmental discipline.
* You’ll be studying a relevant degree from the listed backgrounds.
* You’ll have a passion for sustainable engineering or environmental work and creativity in problem-solving.
* You’ll have a drive to make a positive impact on the world.
* You’ll be proactive, sharing new ideas and eager to apply your studies practically.
* You’ll possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* You’ll work effectively in teams and adapt to dynamic project environments.
* You’ll be able to prioritize and plan effectively.
