Job Title: Reliability Engineer
As a reliability engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic asset reliability plans that support both corrective and preventative maintenance. This will involve leading a team of area leads and PPM maintenance technicians to provide optimum equipment reliability to support manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume manufacturing, continuous improvement, and data collection and analysis using manufacturing intelligence systems. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills are also required. Strong people management skills with the ability to drive change are essential.
Requirements:
• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Manufacturing)
• Skills: Engineering Reliability Preventative Management
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to proactively identify and address potential equipment failures.
2. Conduct regular equipment inspections and assessments to identify potential reliability issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
3. Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and patterns and develop strategies to improve equipment reliability.
4. Lead breakdown analysis and root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures and develop effective corrective actions.
