Link Personnel have been given instruction by our Client, a long established Full Services Law Firm based in Dublin City Centre. This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Corporate Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to progress their legal career. This firm has an enviable Client base and will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to work with both National and International clients. You will be mentored by a leading professional within their field.
Salary : to €75K

The Role:
* Must have a detailed knowledge of company law and filing requirements of the Companies Registration Office and Registry of Beneficial Owners
* Must have worked across all areas of commercial law and in particular, in the areas of commercial property and commercial contracts
* Must have drafted, negotiated and reviewed all types of commercial contracts, corporate agreements, minutes and resolutions
* Provide day-to-day commercial law assistance to commercial clients
* Advise clients in relation to various commercial matters including leases, share purchase agreements, business transfer agreements, disclosure letters, banking and company law matters.
The Candidate:
* 1 to 2 years PQE
* Experience in operating GEMS and CORE
* Drafting minutes and resolutions
* Reviewing and negotiating all forms of commercial and corporate agreements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a busy team
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
* Strong organisation and administrative skills
* Keyhouse knowledge is preferable.
