My client based just outside the city is hiring an Accounts Assistant. This is a part time role offering 22-25 hours, which can be broken down into 5 mornings, or 3 full days. Responsibilities: Monthly invoicing and monitoring project costs and performance Maintain accurate financial and administrative database records Assist with month-end and year-end reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning General administration, document control, and ad-hoc duties Assist with payroll when required Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve finance-related queries Requirements: Experience in a similar all-round finance role, ideally within construction or project-based environments. Strong working knowledge of AP, AR, bank reconciliations, VAT, and month-end processes. Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working autonomously.
