The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage a full 360° recruitment desk, working with existing clients while proactively developing new business across the Procurement landscape.
You will:
Build and maintain long‑term client partnerships across procurement markets
Provide expert market insight on talent availability, salary trends and hiring solutions
Drive business development through targeted, value‑led conversations
Source, headhunt and manage skilled operational, technical and procurement professionals
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement and onboarding
Deliver a compliant, high‑quality recruitment service aligned with Reed standards
