The job: Account Executive (DACH) – SMB
One of our clients, a fast growing IT company, is looking for a German sales professional to join their team of Account Executives.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close, creating partnerships and relationships with leading companies and organizations in the market/region.
* Drive growth and build client base across the region.
* Build the client base across EMEA.
* Actively manage pipeline and develop a strategy for long‑term sustained success.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in English and German.
* Minimum 2 years of carrying net‑new revenue quota with consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions.
* Experience selling to founders, business owners, and marketing personas, with strong knowledge of the eCommerce/retail/brand domain.
* Ability to qualify, position, and close deals.
* Enthusiastic about meeting targets.
* Excellent team player, always ready to go an extra mile.
