About You
We are seeking a Store Manager for our DV8 Galway store. You should be passionate about our customers, people, and products. Your approach should inspire others, creating a positive working atmosphere and team spirit. Ideally, you will have experience in retail, but we will consider other relevant backgrounds. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead and coach a high-performing team and handle people issues effectively.
About the Role
The safety of our team and customers is our top priority. All team members must work safely, following our guidelines at all times. You will be supported by the Area Manager, who will guide and advise you on all aspects of store management.
To succeed as a Store Manager at DV8 Galway, you will:
1. Lead and inspire your team to perform their best.
2. Provide excellent customer service, achieve performance targets, and maintain accurate stock processes.
3. Generate innovative ideas to advance your store.
4. Identify opportunities for growth and add value to our brand.
5. Ensure store security by following procedures and managing keyholding, and ensure team compliance.
