Service Manager Volvo and Ford This is a hands-on role where you'll be themain point of contact for customersand work closely with our in-house technicians to make sure everything runs smoothly. Location:Wexford Position:Service Manager Type:Full-time, Permanent What youll do: Organise service activities to ensure the department's efficient and profitable operation by satisfying customers and enhancing customer relations. Manage the service department, control resources and utilise assets at a level commensurate with profit targets. Maximise departmental profitability through the effective marketing and sale of labour, parts, accessories, and other value added products & services. Create and maintain an environment for the staff to develop and excel in. What were looking for: Experience in a service advisor or similar role (motor trade experience advantageous). Friendly, professional, and organised. Confident using computers and managing bookings/admin. Able to work independently and take initiative Full clean driving license.
