As a **BIM Design Engineer**, you will be at the forefront of modular design innovation, shaping the future of mission-critical infrastructure.

**How you will do it*** Lead the creation and coordination of high-detail BIM models for modular data centre projects using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools* Drive clash detection and ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
* Develop BIM Execution Plans aligned with ISO ***** standards.
* Generate precise drawings, schedules, and documentation for off-site fabrication and on-site assembly.
* Manage model data integrity, including COBie attributes and asset tagging for facility management.
* Champion digital workflows and data-driven design processes to boost modular construction efficiency.
* Collaborate with design team, project managers, manufacturing team, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality requirements**What We Look For*** Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
* 3–5 years' BIM experience in data centres or modular construction.
* Advanced skills inRevit, Navisworks,and familiarity with BIM 360 or similar platforms.
* Knowledge of modular design principles, off-site fabrication processes and data centre infrastructure requirements.
.* Understanding of ISO *****, PAS standards, and local building codes.
* Strong BIM modelling and coordination skills* Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
**Desirable Extras*** AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor experience.
* Familiarity with COBie data and LOD ******* modelling and asset management.
* Background in mission-critical facilities.
