About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospital Chef to join our team. As a Relief Chef, you will be responsible for providing high-quality catering services to residents and staff in hospitals and nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* To prepare and cook food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines;
* To ensure that all equipment is operated, maintained, and serviced as per manufacturers' instructions and Health & Safety requirements;
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field;
Chef Qualifications such as 706'1 or the equivalent;
HACCP Level 2 qualification;
Manual Handling qualifications (We can provide training);
Valid Work Permits without restrictions (Ireland).();
