construction organisation
is seeking an
Accounts Payable Administrator
to support its busy Finance function. The business operates across Ireland and the UK, delivering large-scale and complex projects across multiple sectors, and is known for its strong values, commitment to quality, and long-standing presence in the market.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, based on-site in South Dublin, with the opportunity to move to hybrid working following successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
Key responsibilities:
* High-volume invoice processing, ensuring accurate 3-way matching
* Invoice and statement filing
* Daily organisation and distribution of incoming mail
* Providing general administrative and ad-hoc support across the business as required
The ideal candidate:
* Highly motivated, organised, and diligent, with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and working to deadlines
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in an office or finance-related environment
