This role involves handling various aspects of payroll administration with high accuracy and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process weekly payroll end-to-end, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive payroll records for employees.
* E nsure Payroll Submissions on ROS are completed within agreed deadlines.
* Compile and distribute weekly reports to relevant departments and teams.
* Handle payroll-related queries and issues from employees and managers professionally.
* Safeguard confidential payroll information at all times.
* Closely collaborate with the HR department on matters related to payroll.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably with IPASS certification.
* Thorough understanding of Irish payroll laws and regulations, including ROS and EFT processes.
* Proficient in using payroll software such as TMS, Europay, Sage Micropay, or similar.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, along with attention to detail.
