McBreen Environmental Drain Services Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Leak Detection Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients, including clearly explaining technical processes such as Legionella testing.
- Undertake all aspects of leak detection in domestic and commercial environments using gas tracing and audio ground microphones.
- Carry out pressure testing, water audits, hydrant testing, dry riser testing, and tank/reservoir cleaning and rehabilitation.
- Accurately document all work using Geopal software.
- Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Word and Excel for submission to the office.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company and client policies and procedures.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Health & Safety practices and demonstrate leadership when working as part of a team.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Plumbing or civil experience.
- Previous experience in leak detection or related utility industries.
- Knowledge of leak detection methodologies.
- Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions for clients.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting.
- Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and Confined Space certifications.
- Good IT and reporting skills; familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage.
