Job Summary
A 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join our team in supporting the onboarding process and delivering employee induction programs.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to manage employee lifecycle changes, maintain data integrity, and provide timely reporting on our HR information system.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver Employee Induction Programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
* Manage probationary review processes to support employees in their first few months of employment.
* Update and maintain employee profiles on our HR information system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
* Support employees through various life-cycle stages, including benefits, leave, and internal HR systems.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A qualification in HR or a related subject, such as CIPD certification.
* At least two years of relevant HR experience.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
