Our client is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join their dynamic global business in the financial technology industry.
This role, based in Dublin, offers an exceptional opportunity to practice law in a fast-paced, in-house environment as part of a highly collegial international team of lawyers and legal analysts.
Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will report to the Group General Counsel and be responsible for:advising the senior executives on all legal aspects of commercial relationshipsdrafting and negotiating software license agreementsproviding actionable legal advice that aligns with strategic objectives and resolving contentious mattersapplying and developing risk management best practicesimplementing lean management principles in delivering legal services This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global role, where the successful candidate will need to become familiar with the relevant aspects of commercial law in each of the jurisdictions where our client operates.
