Overview
Our Dublin Project Management team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a busy and growing group delivering large construction, new build, and refurbishment projects across sectors.
As part of a dynamic and expanding group, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across a wide range of commercial consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key client contact and advisor, providing project direction and oversight.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Project Managers within the team, ensuring procedures and best practices are followed.
Undertake duties as Project Manager, Employer's Agent, or Contract Administrator across a range of schemes.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Contribute to business development activities, supporting the growth strategy of the London office.
Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Project & Development Services (PDS) team nationally and internationally.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in construction project management, particularly in new build and refurbishment projects.
Experience operating at a senior level, including managing client relationships and leading internal teams.
Strong understanding of development processes, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Commercially astute with an interest in contributing to business growth.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management or design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is desirable.
A natural leader with the ability to mentor and support junior team members.
