Responsibilities
Ensure food preparation and cooking meet current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
Provide high-quality catering services that meet the needs of the Head Chef and customers.
* Hold up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certifications (training provided if necessary)
* Hold relevant chef qualifications for healthcare roles
* Have valid work permits for full-time employment in Ireland without restrictions
* Be an effective team player with a passion for creating high-quality food
* Be able to work under pressure with enthusiasm
* Provide professional references from previous chef roles
