Our Cork office is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site-Based Architect to lead architectural design and delivery for a major large-scale development project in Limerick.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with design team members and external consultants
Maintain permanent on-site presence to oversee construction progress
Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site management team
Ensure design integrity and quality throughout all project phases
Resolve design-related issues and technical queries
Coordinate with other disciplines including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers
Attend progress meetings and site meetings
Qualifications
Min 10 years' experience with an emphasis on strong technical and building experience in a range of sectors
Must be proficient in Revit and BIM
Track record in delivering projects of scale
Strong experience on site essential
Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and planning systems
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Excellent organisational skills, the ability to plan and work to agreed timelines, a thorough, diligent approach to work and driven to see things through to completion
Ability to adapt to changing requirements, and work within a fast-paced environment
Conscientious and respectful in communications, with excellent collaborative skills
Motivated to achieve best in class design, construction, and project execution
Willingness to take advantage of development opportunities
The ability to think systematically and to interpret complex information is essential
