Neurodevelopmental Assessment Professional
We are seeking a skilled Neurodevelopmental Assessment Professional to join our team. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive specialist assessments for individuals with suspected neurodevelopmental conditions, including Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
Job Description:
* Perform diagnostic assessments for Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities using established tools like ADOS-2 and ADI-R.
* Write professional, timely assessment reports with appropriate recommendations.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A recognised university degree or diploma in psychology with first or second-class honours, where psychology was a major subject.
* A postgraduate professional qualification in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology, recognised by the Psychological Society of Ireland or validated by the Department of Health and Children.
* Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
* Experience conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental assessments with children.
* Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and relevant assessment tools for Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
* ADOS-2 and ADI-R training (essential).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience in report writing and record-keeping.
