Key Role:
A seasoned Business Technology Consultant is required to spearhead Salesforce initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide solutions that drive efficiency and business impact.
* Partner with stakeholders and CRM leads to define and deliver Salesforce solutions.
* Analyse, design, and document business processes, use cases, and data flows.
* Develop and configure automations (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder).
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, supporting business users.
* Ensure robust testing and compliance with development standards.
* Manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
* Drive process improvements, reducing redundancy and enhancing user experience.
Required Expertise:
* 5+ years' Salesforce experience (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce).
* Strong expertise in at least two modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud.
* Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* Preferred certifications: Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud Consultant.
* Proven delivery of complex, enterprise-wide Salesforce projects.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
