Job Overview
This role involves providing exceptional front-of-house services and performing key administrative tasks within the Customer Care team.
* Deliver high-quality customer service, handling telephone calls and visitors in a professional and efficient manner
* Assist with database management as required, including creating new drivers, driver allocations, cost centre and department updates
* Circulate incoming post to all staff and arrange for outgoing post to be sent daily, such as CVRT and tax discs
* Manage fines processes and vehicle licensing certificate administration
* Undertake various administrative activities requiring the use of in-house IT systems
* Manage stationery and office supplies
Key Requirements
* Previous experience as an Administrator/Receptionist is desirable
* Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently, effectively and to deadlines
* Capacity to prioritise important tasks and manage time efficiently
* Maintain a highly professional, well-presented and welcoming manner at all times
* Develop excellent interpersonal skills to communicate optimally with telephone callers, visitors and staff
* Display a flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitude
* Effectively communicate and work collaboratively with others as part of a team
* Possess strong IT and telephone skills, including call management, typing and working knowledge of MS Office
