What's on Offer: €28,000 salaryMonday to Friday with half day on FridayBonus packageEmployee DiscountPrivate medical InsuranceRelocation Assistance availableYour new role includes: Managing and responding to B2B and B2C customers in French speaking markets.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.Work closely with sales, design and production to ensure alignment between sales goals and product offerings.Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability for customer orders.
