OverviewWe are looking for Graduates for our Roads team, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. We want you to enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can apply your skills working for a diverse range of clients and projects.Roads Infrastructure Design: Truro, Exeter, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Cambridge, Basingstoke, Guildford, London, Naas or Limerick.

What Will Be Looking For You To DemonstrateYou’ll have graduated with at least a 2:1 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject for the role you are applying for.Candidates must complete the application form in full answering all specific questions. This is mandatory. If you pass, you will complete an online skill enabler assessment.You’re looking to start work in either April or September 2026.You’ll have a passion for Engineering and an enthusiasm for creativity and problem solving.You’ll want to inspire us and share new ideas.
Note: If you do not meet all criteria, you may still be considered if your qualifications align to this role or other opportunities in the Graduate programme.
